Camden Council Dead End web site - searching for the change of circumstances form

Last night I wasted a lot of time looking for the change of circumstances form. Google was taken me to DEAD END page:



Luckily I managed to somewhat find their form which they hide from the world of google (hey I look as a web developer, I search for things every day!!).
Right now the change of circumstances form has this URL:
